Several years ago, I planted two clematis vines to climb up around my front porch. I envisioned their beautiful deep purple flowering vines weaving a welcoming entrance to our home. It takes time for clematis to mature. Each year, it bloomed, but mounded on the ground, not quite ready to reach it’s full potential.
This year is different. This year, it is loaded with blossoms and now has the maturity to reach higher. The clematis uses their leaves like tendrils, reaching out for a little help.
The help has to be the right kind of help.
Clematis can’t grab onto objects that are too large. However, given the right guidance, a vine can reach for the sun and show off its stunning display of flowers.
At Love INC, we explore ways to provide the right kind of help for our neighbors. We believe that everyone can grow and reach their God-given potential through Jesus Christ. We envision lives, neighborhoods, and communities transformed so that the beauty of the Gospel can be displayed throughout Lake County.
Thank you for sharing our vision,
