Jeanne McGowan has served as Clearinghouse Coordinator since August of 2012. Prior to joining Love INC, Jeanne served as Benevolence Coordinator and Pastoral Care Associate at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. Jeanne earned a Master’s in School Counseling and a B.A. in Psychology with a teacher certification from Eastern Illinois University. For six years, Jeanne worked as an elementary school counselor at Dean Street Elementary School in Woodstock. Jeanne and her husband Mike attend Willow Creek Community Church. They live in Cary and have two children. Their two children, Jennifer and Jack, attend Illinois State University.

Mike Busch serves as Executive Director, joining Love INC in November of 2015. Besides earning graduate degrees from Moody Graduate School and The Master’s Seminary, Mike has extensive experience with church poverty alleviation ministry in urban, rural and international settings. He has worked for non-profits in Los Angeles and Chicago, with his previous leadership roles involving training and coaching churches in biblical mercy ministry at the regional and national level. Mike and his wife, Valerie, live in Carol Stream with their two children, where they are active at Crossroads Community Church.
